Kill Cell Perfect
To beat Cell make your blaststock go to it's highest then use TeenGohans FatherSon Ka-me-ha-me-ha as many times as you can it's weak at first but it gets stronger every time you use it, then finish it with Garatsu Madan.
Kill KidBuu
To kill KidBuu use normal form Goku's MeteorSmashand Ka-me-ha-me-ha repeatedly it might be weakbut it will give a 95% chance of winning.
Get All 7 Dragon Balls FAST!
Go on 'Dragon History' then go to a saga that has'City (Ruins)' as a place. (I use the last one inthe android saga). Break everything there untilyou get it. If you don't...surrender and tryagain, you will get it soon. Then go to adifferent saga, with the 'City (Ruins)' as a placedestroy everything until you find it...if youdon't surrender and try again you will get itsoon. Then go back to the first place and breakstuff same thing. Then go back to the other cityplace. Keep doing the process until you get all 7!
Faster Dragonballs
You go to dragon history, then you go to a senario where you are at the rocky lands (any time) then you destroy all of the little rock towers until you get it usually you'll get it within the second time.
Ultimate Spirit Bomb
If you are in a team battle pick goku (early) and goku (mid) use goku (early) solar flare run make sure no one finds you switch to goku (mid) use give me energy 2 or 3 times go to max power mode then go to your opponent use a heavy finish so they don't escape then hit them with the spirit bomb and they'll die.
Have Two Fusions That Are The Same Guy
Heres what you do. 1 . Go to the versus menu and select team battle. 2 . For example if you want 2 Vegito, s (even though his real name is Vagitorrot)in the game choose Goku (Kakorrot)or Vegeta (go with Vegeta he's faster and more agile than Goku). Now after choosing Goku and Vegeta choose egito and two other people. When in battle try not to get hit wait for your ki gauges to go to their highest then use fusion. A good thing about starting off normal then using fusion. Health and kiguages get carried over so equip them with king Kias training.
Course Battle
You must go to the disc fusion in order to dothis. Use D.B.Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2! In coursebattle there are a 5 different battles to fight:Ginyu Force, Android 103, Kakarot Road, SaiyanBlood, and Ultimate Dragon. Now beat all the battlesand you shall get the capsule MEDICAL MACHINE! Ifyou want another tip use Omega Shenron or Goku(end) they have rush moves as it will make it easierto win!
Energy Blast Hint
To get a boost when using an energy blast type attack that you need to charge it yourself you need to wait until you hear a sound after 2-3 seconds and when you release the triangle button after you hear the sound there should be the word 'BOOST' at the bottom left corner of the screen. (This goes for these energy blast: kamehameha, eraser cannon, big bang attack, super kamehameha and more).
Kill Freza
To kill Freza you just have to keep usingkamehameha and punching him and he will die.
To Kill Buu
When an enemy is about to hit you with an energy attack, simply dodge it by pressing circle right before it hits you. Keep trying and you will end up mastering it and never get hit.

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Ps2 Cheats
Every time you exit Tournament mode and go back in, the clock will increase by one hour. To select a desired level in Tournament mode, save the game one hour before the start of a tournament. For example, if you want to fight in the World Tournament, which starts at 07:00, enter and exit Tournament mode until the clock reads '06:00'. Then, exit Tournament mode, go to the options, and save the game. When you enter Tournament mode again, there should be a big 'Welcome' sign and a picture of the upcoming tournament. Enter the tournament, and if the level you want to fight in is not the one you want, go to the options, load your saved game file, and enter the tournament again until the desired level is selected.
Attacking big charactersThere are a few characters who can hit big characters with Rush Blast 2 and Ultimate Blasts without flying back if they touch them. Those characters are as follows:

Play as Uub in the Cell Games Tournament. Uub cannot teleport. To counter this, use a Turtle Shell so your opponent will have to use six Ki bars to teleport, making it just about impossible.
